- Edit your profile
- Owner edits: If you're signed up and verified, you can edit your business info. Learn how to edit your business info or fix wrong business attributes.
- Community edits: If there’s an issue with a profile that you don’t own or manage, you can suggest edits. Learn how to contribute edits.
- Pending edits: If your phone number edit has been pending for more than 2 working days, reply to this email. We'll look into it for you!
- Manage reviews on your profile
- You can interact with your customers through reviews. Learn how to read and reply to reviews
- You can request removal of reviews that violate our policies. Learn how to flag reviews for removal.
- Verification postcard hasn't come
If it's been 14 days since your postcard request, you can request a replacement postcard. Learn how to get a postcard.
